Elon Musk is now in control of Twitter, having completed the $44 billion purchase of Twitter on Thursday and fired the company’s top leadership. For employees, there’s both good and bad news.
While Twitter employees with stock can look forward to a cash payout from the takeover, some will likely lose their jobs, with those in product, public relations and administrative roles seen as particularly vulnerable.
