Dayslice, a Calendly Rival for Solopreneurs, Raises From Upfront; Women’s Social App Peanut Launches Creator Network

Dayslice, a new software startup providing virtual storefronts for solopreneurs, raised $6 million in pre-seed and seed funding led by Upfront Ventures, The Information is the first to report. Other investors included Founder Collective, Ground Up Ventures, The House Fund and former Stripe COO Claire Hughes Johnson

The company, which opened up its service to anyone in March, offers a way for solopreneurs, or one-person businesses, to set up a landing page to offer and book services. For example, a recruiter could offer paid resume reviews or interviewing advice. Dayslice says its early users include people with side hustles, content creators who have built small social media followings around a specific niche and corporate employees who have left traditional jobs for more flexibility.
