In our latest installment of Free Agents, we’re highlighting trailblazers who are likely to continue making waves wherever they land next. They include Christine Moy, a J.P. Morgan executive who played a groundbreaking role at the intersection of Wall Street and crypto, and Doug Merritt, who as Splunk CEO led the company’s make-or-break pivot to selling cloud-based software.
They’ve also been vocal about how their industries should be doing more when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Bozoma Saint John, Netflix’s former marketing chief, has talked about how she has had to fight against industry bias as a Black female senior executive. And Stacy Minero, former global head of Twitter’s initiative to connect brands with creators, believes social media platforms can do more to address pay equity issues, particularly for Black creators.
