With 2024 around the corner, we gave tech leaders a chance to reflect on the past 12 months by filling out our 2023 Exit Survey. Fifteen Silicon Valley figures—including Rippling’s Parker Conrad, Rent The Runway co-founder Jennifer Fleiss and Adobe’s Scott Belsky—took the 10-question poll to share their soaring highs and sweeping lows.
